Refund Policy

1. Token Purchase Terms

Tokens are purchased through the platform and grant access to AI-based guidance services. Each purchase is a completed transaction subject to the terms below.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund will be granted in the following cases: a technical failure preventing use of purchased tokens; a duplicate or erroneous charge; or a transaction cancellation under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (within 14 days of the transaction, provided the tokens have not been used).

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, contact us by email with transaction details (order number, purchase date, reason). Requests are handled within 14 business days.
